Can you open a ticket with us?
Thanks!

I am just a home user, I do not have an account to open tickets. Looks like it will accept xmodem commands and I am uploading an image via xmodem now but I have a feeling it will be a fail in the end after spending all day to send the file.
-
Sure, Please open a ticket with the helpdesk, I'm sure we can get you back up and running.

Is there a link or the help desk? Lucky for me my original netgate is still working. This was supposed to be an upgrade to what I have been running for awhile now. I did not buy the unit new but the unit was working until I performed the upgrade. I would not doubt I screwed it up more poking around in the console trying to figure it out. Support files online are very limited.
As noted I am uploading an image via xmodem right now but I am not 100% sure it will take care of it. If this is not going to work I would rather cancel the file transfer now so I do not spend my whole Saturday on something that may not get resolved.
-
I would cancel the transfer.
https://go.netgate.com for the ticket.
-
@chrismacmahon I cancelled the xmodem transfer and have created a ticket as you suggested.

@chrismacmahon thanks again for the recommendation. Though I will be without it for a little while support already messaged me back. I appreciate you pointing me in the right direction.
