Possible to set Content-Type with mail.php?

I'm trying to send an email from the command line using something like:

command-outputs-html | mail.php -s='html report'

While I receive the email, the Content-Type is not set, so I get raw html output. Is it possible to set:

Content-Type: text/html;

I noticed with reports sent via mailreport package seem to set the Content-Type, so I suspect it might be possible.
