Can some one please explain why my isp's dns server (Comcast) is popping up in my dashboard? 😠 I have not configured their isp dns for my setup nor care to. yet its there. i can't figure out howto remove them nor have i found anything talking about it elsewhere. Insight appreciated.☺

Look at your second screenshot, you have the mouse already in the right place.

Also, that isn't ISP DNS hijacking. ISP DNS hijacking is when your ISP intercepts your DNS requests to any public DNS server and redirects them to its own DNS.

Start a new thread about it in the pfblocker sub. This has nothing to do with your 'DNS servers from ISP' issue. By unchecking that box, your ISP's DNS are no longer in your list.
