Problem with states NO_TRAFFIC:SINGLE

Hi. Please need your help.

Im have a PFSENSE with ip 192.168.150.1

Im have a Proxmox and have 4 ASTERISK SERVERS.
The virtual servers have the ip 192.168.150.38, 192.168.150.199, 192.168.150.194, 192.168.150.198

In all server im connect with the IP 158.69.113.143 port 5060

But the problem is Pfsense only accept the firt conection and show:
LAN udp 192.168.150.194:5060 -> 158.69.113.143:5060 MULTIPLE:MULTIPLE 22 / 30 13 KiB / 15 KiB
WAN udp 190.85.115.182:5060 (192.168.150.194:5060) -> 158.69.113.143:5060 MULTIPLE:MULTIPLE 22 / 30 13 KiB / 15 KiB

But the other connections say:
LAN udp 192.168.150.38:5060 -> 158.69.113.143:5060 NO_TRAFFIC:SINGLE 9 / 0 5 KiB / 0 B
WAN udp 192.168.150.38:5060 -> 158.69.113.143:5060 SINGLE:NO_TRAFFIC 9 / 0 5 KiB / 0 B

Wich is the problem?
Im change the nat reflection (No nat, pure, nat + proxy) and dont work
