      Hi all,

      My client's SG-2220 apparently decided to kick the bucket. I have an amber status light and both the LEDs on both the WAN and LAN ports light immediately on power up.

      There's no console output, and holding the reset button does nothing.

      Any suggestions to resuscitate it?
