pfsense as proxy with radius accounting

i have setup pfsense as utm for several years but new requirements have been assigned for me and i have to choose a product :
1- i have to setup web proxy with radius authentication and accounting and bandwidth profile
2- i have to provide access to users proxy usage to their managers
what i have done and tested so far :
i setup squid and freeradius and connected freeradius to Windows AD.
so my users get authenticated through radius .
but i have a few problems :
1- radius bandwidth attribute is not considered in squid
2- squid does not send accounting info to radius and so does not respect user quota.
3- there is no log file analysis so i can permit managers to check on their personnel internet usage
does anyone have suggestions on these shortcomings?
