Noob: Port scan show open ports

I did an nmap scan internally of my external ip and showed 4343 open - what I had set pfsense admin panel to.
I also saw 53 and 80 and maybe 443 open - Anything to worry about here?

Yes, you need to worry about your lack of understanding the basics about firewalls/pfSense. But you can improve, start reading here: https://www.netgate.com/docs/pfsense/book/ so you might have a chance of not messing up your config/network.

Nothing to worry about.
No rules on the WAN interface : nothing get in - nothing can be seen from the outside.
You should 'nmap' from the outside. Use something like https://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?rh1dkyd2

Firewall rules are by interface, not IP address.
