      Hi,

I'm not sure how to qualify my problem and that is the problem.

I've got 2 soekris 4801 running PfSense (cluster mode) with 256MB CF.  Last week, to made some modification on traffic shaping and add new queue.  No big deal about it, seem to work well.

But after that, I went to check the queue RDD graph and I got a error message that told me to check System Log for further information.  So, as good user, I get the system log and here's the line a got :

      • kernel: pid 577 (php), uid 0 inumber 391 on /cf: filesystem full
      • php: /status_rrd_graph_img.php: failed to create graph from /var/db/rrd/wan-queues.rrd, removing database
      • php: /status_rrd_graph_img.php: Failed to create graph with error code 1, the error is: ERROR: No DS called 'QvoipUp' in '/var/db/rrd/wan-queues.rrd'

      So I run a df :
Filesystem          1K-blocks  Used Avail Capacity  Mounted on
      /dev/ufs/pfSense      113755 59434 45221    57%    /
      devfs                      1    1    0  100%    /dev
      /dev/md0                39406  404 35850    1%    /tmp
      /dev/md1                19566  6386 11616    35%    /var
      /dev/ufs/pfSenseCfg      1871  1861  -139  108%    /cf
      devfs                      1    1    0  100%    /var/dhcpd/dev

      I check the content of /cf/conf :
      total 1401
      drwxr-xr-x  3 root  wheel      512 Jul  5  2008 .
      drwxr-xr-x  4 root  wheel      512 Feb 24  2008 ..
      drwxr-xr-x  2 root  wheel      512 Feb 28 13:41 backup
      -rw-r–---  1 root  wheel    95396 Feb 28 13:41 config.xml
      -rw-r-----  1 root  wheel        0 Nov  7  2004 ez-ipupdate.cache
      -rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  1324661 Feb 28 13:22 rrd.tgz

And the content of /cf/conf/backup :
      total 461
      drwxr-xr-x  2 root  wheel    512 Feb 28 13:41 .
      drwxr-xr-x  3 root  wheel    512 Jul  5  2008 ..
      -rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel    383 Feb 28 13:42 backup.cache
      -rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  90112 Feb 27 20:45 config-1235763901.xml
      -rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  95403 Feb 28 01:58 config-1235763931.xml
      -rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  90112 Feb 28 01:59 config-1235782704.xml
      -rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  95415 Feb 28 01:59 config-1235782767.xml
      -rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  95384 Feb 28 13:41 config-1235821386.xml

I went to the Config History tab under Diagnostics/Backup/Restore.

      2/28/09 13:41:30  /status_rrd_graph_settings.php made unknown change  Current
      2/28/09 12:43:06 /status_rrd_graph_settings.php made unknown change
      2/28/09 01:59:27 /firewall_shaper_edit.php made unknown change
      2/28/09 01:58:24 Unknown
      2/27/09 20:45:31 /firewall_shaper.php made unknown change
      2/27/09 20:45:01 Unknown

I try to remove the oldest one to make some room.
Result : Deleted backup with timestamp 2/27/09 20:45:01 and description "Unknown".
But the file still there, on the web page and in the subdirectory.

I try to mount the /cf in read/write mode with this result:
      mount: /dev/ufs/pfSenseCfg: Operation not permitted

So, I mount / in RW to modify the /etc/fstab file with this.
      /dev/ufs/pfSenseCfg /cf ufs rw 1 1

I reboot the box and I still unable to remove the file.

Is there a way to get out that.

By the way, the box is remote so I'm unable to flash the CF.

      Thank.
