I'm using PfSense 2.4.4 and I had setup PIA VPN on it, I did not added the rules on firewall->NAT->Outbound yet because I want only specific hosts to use PIA.

      E.G.:

192.168.1.100 - 192.168.1.200 -> Route Directly to WAN, no VPN
192.168.1.10 - 192.168.1.50 -> Route all traffic throught PIA VPN

Is there any tutorial about this? Thanks in advice.

NAT->Outbound Rules have no impact which clients will be routed over VPN or which will not.

If you have set up the VPN correctly and have added the VPN Interface so you have a gateway, you can create rules on the LAN interface to route traffic over the VPN. So you just have to setup the rules according to your liking :)
