I'm looking to add a second WAN interface for load balancing and I'm just wondering what will happen with my current VPN setup once this second WAN is put in place?

I'm guessing that it will make its connection through only one of the interfaces and that a second VPN could be configured through the other if needed so am I getting right on how this should work?

      Thanks

Nothing will happen to it unless you tell it to do something with the second WAN. You could setup the VPN to do WAN failover, or maybe a second tunnel, but the specifics depend on the type of VPN and its role.

Ok great so by adding the second WAN the VPN will not be affected in any way and still connect and use the original WAN interface unless I make changes telling it use the second interface.

          Thanks again

Yes, nothing will change unless you change it. For example:
