pfsense guide for virtual box lab - List of activities

Now that I have successfully installed pfsense in virtual lab, I am wondering what are some learning and fun activities I can perform with it. I am trying to learn it from cyber security point of view so can someone please point me to a great resource explaining some of the exercises one can perform with pfsense?
