I am wanting to wipe and reinstall a fresh image, but the portal page only shows 2.4.3 virtual machine installs. I have read that I should not use a CE image, but I cannot find the correct image for my device. Would anyone mind helping me out?

      Thank you very much,

      Jerold

With Portal access you can download the Image here: https://portal.pfsense.org/firmware/memstick/pfSense-netgate-memstick-ADI-2.4.4-RELEASE-amd64.img.gz

I am logged in and get:

You have no access to Folder USB Memstick Installer Image (https://portal.pfsense.org/firmware/memstick). Visit order page to order additional subscriptions.

Since Netgate took over and did away with PFSense gold, does a consumer who purchased Netgate hardware like the SG-2440 still have access to non-CE software images without paying for their enterprise level support?

Well I can still login my Portal account and download Images for the devices I've registered.
So something must we wrong with your account, but the Support can help you for sure.

I found this, so as long as my 2440 is registered, which it should be as I bought it from Netgate, I should have access. Rico, again, thanks for helping on this Sunday am. I appreciate it.

*Registered users can log in to their Portal account page and download the appropriate factory installer image:

It looks like we were able to add access to your portal account. Please ask on the support ticket if you have any problems reinstalling.

In general though, for the benefit of others, if you purchased hardware from us you should have access to the restore images. Just open a support ticket if not as Rico suggested and we can get that for you.

                      Steve

Thank you. I did not have to reinstall. The sg-2440 came up fine after a couple of reboots. For some reason it had just gone unresponsive and I figured there was some sort of corruption. Everything is fine now.

                        Thanks
