@sowhit said in Need a fully functional Hyper-V VM that can be moved to Azure.:

            HTTP_REFERER

If that's what I am thinking of, that error can show up when changing LAN IPs or accessing the server via a different hostname. In System/Advanced, try checking "Disable DNS Rebinding Checks" or adding the new IP, old IP, and any hostnames used to the next line down, "Alternate Hostnames."

Pre-2.7.2/23.09: Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to restart, or more depending on packages and device speed.

There is actually a separate setting to disable the http referrer check or you can add the external IP/hostname as you say.

Or infact you can just disable referer sending in your browser just to get access.

But what you should do is use the provided appliance in the marketplace. ๐Ÿ˜‰
