I finally got things working more or less perfectly except for one little oddity: I'm using an EVDO (3G cellular) connection for one of my links and, looking at the log, I see a sort of flapping once in a while where a ping will miss and the connection will be brought down only to have the next one go through and the connection is marked ok again–all within the space of a few seconds, usually.

What is the ping frequency the load balancer/failover code uses to check whether a link is up and can that timing be changed fairly easily?

      Thanks, Mike
