How to use two nics for 1 vlan?

Trying to figuring out how to this, since I looked up on google how to do this!
Any tips or tricks to use 2 nics for 1 vlan?

The general consensus from those in the know - DON'T DO IT, use a managed switch instead. They're cheap.
