help connecting LB1120 with pfsense and changing ttl 65

need help bypassing tmbiles throttling.. im using a LB1120 lte modem connected to my pfsense but speeds are really slow, according to my research it is because t mobile knows it is a third party equipment etc and the the only way to go around this is to change the ttl to 65 but no idea how to do this on pfsense, any help with be appreciated.

Correct. pfSense won't alter the TTL for you so you can evade your ISP TOS.
