Hi everyone, I recently purchased a XG-7100U from Netgate and I had an issue when it was first bought, the console port was damaged and motherboard was replaced.

However, now after successfully configuring the Firewall It reboots and stays in a boot loop every 7 days. I have to run /sbin/fsck -y / via console a couple of times before the system comes back on.

I'm not on site all the time and it sucks to have the client reach out to me saying FW is down again every week. Can someone please help.

      Thanks

That sounds like there might be some power issues going on there.

Do you have this tied to a UPS?

No, this is connected directly to an electrical outlet. I have other devices on the same distribution line, which don't randomly power off.

It's better to create a ticket on go.netgate.com and describe your problem
