          @Lowe
          i gave up on blueiris - ridiculous processor usage.
          I'm now using 'old' server hw like dell 210ii w e3 cpu is enough to run 3 vms including pfsense , dvr and onion

            Blue Iris should only be run on an Intel with lots of power or so Im told.

            What DVR did you finally go to? Im running on an AMD machine and its generally pretty labored 24/7.

              DW spectrum, thing uses about 8% cpu w motiondetect and recording 24/7 3x 4K streams (i forgot how many core/thread assigned, ithink 2)

                Thank You!

                I can record Nest Cams to Blue Iris which I do for a certain project intermittently but the local cams here I need something else.
