      Running 1.2.2 and it seems that despite many expired, offline addresses, the server fails to re-assign the IP's, and no new connections are allowed.  The lease list looks like this - with EVERY address in the 150 address pool used.

      IP address    MAC address    Hostname    Start    End    Online    Lease Type 
      192.168.3.137  00:0d:56:37:XX:22    2008/11/21 05:07:51  2008/11/21 09:07:51  offline  expired

      When I serve the same subnet dhcp from a linux server, I do not experience this issue.

      Any suggestions?
