    Hi *,
    Within freebsd-11, I can kldload pps then kldstat | grep -i pps,there's pps info, but in pfsense there's no output, so how could I confirm if the pps module is loaded within pfsense ?

      Why do you believe you need the PPS module?

      pfSense doesn't ship with that module, but it does have the PPS_SYNC option built into the kernel.

          @jimp I would like to use a GPS with PPS , so I need it .
          what's the difference between PPS VS PPS_SYNC?
