      hello!

      I'm plannig to use Pfsense as transparent proxy server with squidguard + lightsquid for reports.

      I'm attaching a diagram below:

      ![](<br /><br />In front of pfsense will be a router with dual wan capabilities load balance/fail over.<br />I will publish via AD GPO proxy server to the clients.<br />The deafult gateway will be router's ip (not pfsense).<br /><br />Is it possible something like this?<br /><br />Thank you)

        It might make your life a lot easier if you put squid on the other side of the router between the router and your two modems.  If not, you'll have to come up with a way to have all web traffic diverted from the router, back to pfSense, and out another pfSense interface and Squid.  You might be able to reconfigure squid to do both in and out on the same interface, but it would require some manual coding.  Quite an ordeal.
