      hi
      I configured pfsense 2.4.4-RELEASE-p1 for dual wan scenario,

      i have 3 network interfaces:

      1. LAN 192.68.2.0/24 - IP 192.168.2.4
      2. WAN1 192.68.1.0/28 - Gateway 192.168.1.1 / IP 192.168.1.2 / Block private networks and loopback addresses option checked
      3. WAN2 192.68.3.0/28 - Gateway 192.168.3.1/ IP 192.168.3.2 / Block private networks and loopback addresses option checked

      2 gateways:

      1. GW_WAN1 -> interface:WAN1 - monitor ip : adsl gateway ip
      2. GW_WAN2 -> interface:WAN2 - monitor ip : adsl gateway ip

      3 gateway groups:

      1. GWG_LB -> Load Balance WAN1/WAN2 Tier1/Tier1
      2. GWG_FailoverWan1 -> Failover WAN1 Tier1/Tier2
      3. GWG_FailoverWan2 -> Failover WAN2 Tier2/Tier1

      and these rules in LAN :

      1. IPV4 from LAN net to any GWG_LB
      2. IPV4 from LAN net to any GWG_FailoverWan1
      3. IPV4 from LAN net to any GWG_FailoverWan2

      everything works fine but when i want to open dsl modem panel on 192.168.1.1
      i cannot! when i tracert that ip 192.168.3.1 says that it doesent exists! and sometime it happens the other way,
      when i want to open dsl modem panel on 192.168.3.1
      i cannot! when i tracert that ip 192.168.1.1 says that it doesent exists!

      i can only access one of dsl modems admin panel at a time, and i have to manually take down one of gateways to access another one.

      how to fix this?

        Hello there! Kindly disable firewall functionality and do your tests once again just to confirm that firewall is not the root cause of the issue. Secondly, from which IP subnet are you trying to access those two modems? Thirdly correct the mistyping in your post. First you mentioned "WAN2 192.168.13.0/28", and then "Gateway 192.168.3.1". They are on the same line.

        Let me know what you get

          the problem is simple cannot access both dsl modems panel at a same time , all configurations are based on negate's and pfsense documentation, multi wan in pfsense has lots of problems

              i'm accessing dsl modems from LAN net (isn't it obvious from the configuration i present?), when take down a WAN gateway by force the other is accessible but not when both are active.
              disable firewall functionality on where ? pfsense is the firewall and there isn't any rule limiting access from lan to wan, default allow rules are active.
