pfsense Reverse Proxy with outlook 2011 for mac

Hi at all,

so the reverse proxy is running with exchange2010 and outlook for mac 2011.
Outlook is connected with exchange over the proxy and is syncing all fine.
The only thing is, that it is not possible to send emails with attachments.
I have tried this solution but i do not work

pfsense 2.4.4 with squid package
outlook 2011 for mac

Has anybody an idea???
