Proxy Server: General Settings /load balancing

Hi need bit of help.
Got load balancing working but i every time i enable transparent mode to forward all requests for destination port 80 to the proxy server. in squid Proxy Server: General Settings. Steam or origin will not use both of the wan connections when downloading.
