I have problem and I don't know how to fix it

I have done a quick map of my netowrk

1st both WANs are static
WAN1 - 10.91.8.1/16
WAN2 - 10.88.88.5/28
GW1 - 10.91.0.1
GW2 - 10.88.88.1
WAN1 is configured without problem but
WAN2 when I plug the cable into a Switch C
both getaways of the downstream network are going DOWN
I have done this on my other SITE without a problem I feel like I am missing some pfsense settings for Dual WAN configuration ????

You might be getting a multicast flood, When you connect the cable to switch C, do you have constant traffic on the indicator? If so, then your vlans are bridged at two points and a loop is created.
