New SG-1100 -- Stuck in boot loop

Just received it, tried to connect via GUI but could not connect to the default IP. Got a console connection up and I can see it's stuck in a boot loop. Not happy.

The trick I initially missed was to run fsck multiple times in a row -- 4 times I think I did.

Only took three tries for me to get a clean file system, but went for four just for good luck.
