All website block except Gmail.com

Hi there,
I just wanted to confirm at what level and what configuration is required to block all websites except gmail.com as using g-suit. So at my workplace i need to block all websites including youtube and other websites as well.
Please guide me thoroughly because i'm in at entry level. Your quick reply will be appreciable. Thank you.

Such a configuration is a bit beyond entry level to be honest.. You do understand that gmail is hosted off a CDN so their would be a large amount both IPv4 and IPv6 address that gmail could be access via.
Also g-suite will also use different fqdn and other ranges of IPs, etc.
To really do such a setup would mean setting up of a proxy.. And since all of those sites will also be https - this makes it even a bit more complex.
How is it someone at an entry level was tasked with doing such a project.
