    Ntop-ng wont start on SG-3100

      I deployed an SG-3100 last year and today when I went to run updates I noticed that the ntop-ng service was not running. When I try to start the service it fails to start. Syslog reveals that redis server is not running and that is why ntop-ng fails to start. Ntop-ng worked when I initially deployed the SG-3100. Has anybody encountered this issue?

        Most likely cause of that is the redis DB is damaged and cannot be recovered.
        Unless it contains vital info you need try removing it from /var/db/ntopng/*.rdb and then reinstalling ntopng.
