What do you need configuring? Hard to volunteer for something unknown.

Checking all my basic configs and rules,, remote user VPN setup, adding and configuring any recommended extras (Suricata etc)
Setup failover WAN2 (vdsl) (WAN1 will be g.fast) -

Well there is a Community Job Board: https://forum.netgate.com/category/63/community-job-board but expect to pay quite a bit for an actual expert to even consider your offer.
