SMTP - Plain Authentication not allows

I am trying to configure my SMTP settings to my email server.

The email server does not allow PLAIN authentication, so I cannot see how I can get notifications to work.

The following is in my SMTP logs.

I have tried every permutation of the settings without luck, any ideas ?

Have you also tried the LOGIN auth mechanism?

Yes I had tested it multiple time, but you can guess what, it works now :(
