      Hello everyone
In my network I have two ADSL routers their internal IP is 192.168.0.235 and 192.168.0.236, my pfsense machine has three NIC cards one for LAN and two for WAN, both DSL modems LAN port is connected to the same switch, in that case I can make manual load balancer by splitting the gateways to users manually, now I need to take advantage of pfsense, I trying to configure WAN2 static ipv4 with gateway 192.168.0.236. but I'm receiving the following error:
The following input errors were detected:

IPv4 address 192.168.0.172/24 is being used by or overlaps with: WAN (192.168.0.171/24)

      any help will be greatfull

Yeah you can't have two interfaces in the same subnet like that.

You don't need two interfaces though you can just add two gateways on the one interface.

That's a bit ugly though it would be better to use different internal subnets on each ADSL router and connect them separately.

Or even better to set the ADSL routers in bridge mode and pass public IPs to each WAN interface on pfSense directly.

        Steve
