      Please advise which model of Netgear Firewall can support VLAN and SIP.

        I doubt you will find Netgear hardware advise here, for Netgate hardware look at: https://www.pfsense.org/products/ all of them support VLANs.

                  SIP is just UDP (usually). Your question is better-aimed at your SIP equipment/services and whether they are tolerant of NAT.

                  There is no SIP ALG in pfSense other than one small proxy daemon that is used for one use case that is pretty rare these days.
