    i have config squid n squidguard proxy for webfiltering, enable transparent proxy and enable ssl interception. my concern is how to install filterCA or certificate authority in ubuntu 18.4

      That is a question for a Ubuntu forum.

      If you're using Firefox, go to Options - Privacy & Security - Security - Certificates. There you can import both your cert and your CA.

          That is a different question altogether. You should start a new topic, or read one of the million other posts asking this exact same question.

          URL filtering can be done with squid + squidguard, or pfBlockerNG.

                  I'm not sure what you're asking me. I personally use squid + squidguard in explicit mode with no SSL interception.
