New SG-3100 not booting

Hi, I just received a new SG-3100 but the thing won't boot. Console shows it's not mounting with the following error.

What's the recovery procedure?

[also getting dual blue blinky lights on the front panel but this behavior is not described in the manual below - it might help to update that.
