Dual Wan upload limited

Hello,

First, I want to thank you for having written so many tutorials on pfsense!
I supervise an existing network using Pfsense as firewall, including 2 Wan's (VDSL +G) and 1 Lan.

VDSL : Down 40Mb UP: 900Kb
4G : Down : 90, UP: 40Mb

But the Upload is limited to 1.8Mb/s, as if Pfsense took the smaller value (900k of VDSL) and limited the 4G upload speed.

I already tried to create traffic shaper and set my own limit, but it doesn't work.

Could you help me on this?
