2.0 alpha doesn't see my newly formated IDE HDD

I zero'd out a small, 10 gig drive. I then used the g-parted live CD to format the whole thing fat 32. I can boot pfsense 2.0 alpha fine, everything configures fine, however, I go to install it on to the HDD, and the curses menu pops up, and it says it can not find any suitable media.

How can I correct this?

Don't partition it first?

Try wiping the disk and try again.  pfSense doensn't install onto FAT32 ;)
