      Hello,

I've got a pfsense (2.4.4_2) protecting a few servers (3 linux + 3 windows) and I experiencing some problems when we try to download big files from internet. The downloads are limited under 4MBps but we can do several downloads in paralell in a same server so there isn't a limit per IP/server.

The traffic shaping is not enabled. pfsense are running in a vm with 10G interfaces. Other vm with similar configuration (without the protection of pfsense) can download files several times faster.

Does anyone know if there is some limitation per process/state about the bandwith that we can tune?

Any help will be welcome. Thank you in advance.

        Hello all,

I found the problem. I saw in this link (https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/hardware/troubleshooting-lost-traffic-or-disappearing-packets.html) the advise of disable hardware checksum offload in virtual machines. Now is working properly.

        Best regards.
