How to install driver and which driver to install.

I recently started with pfsense and can not see the wireless card in the interface menu how do i install drivers and which driver do i need?

There is no FreeBSD driver for that chipset currently. It cannot be made to work in pfSense.

Indeed. Get an Atheros based 802.11n card if you really want wifi in the pfSense box.

Buy a ubiquity AP, FreeBSD Wi-Fi support isn't the best.

Yeah, an external access point is better in a number of ways.
I am using this card though in one box:
https://wikidevi.com/wiki/SparkLAN_WPEA-127NThat's about the best you're going to get with the current driver support in FreeBSD IMO.
There are a number if cards you can get with the AR9380 chipset.
