Is there anyway I can improve PPPoE speed
-
Ok, well what is your pfSense hardware?
What speed do you see if you connect the PPPoE directly to the client?

10MB down load
So are you talking about megabytes or megabits, there is a huge difference.

@Grimson megabits

@stephenw10 TS140 (ThinkServer) with on broad Intel I217LM): and Intel pci PRO/1000 GT the processor Intel i3-4150 with 4gb ddr3 ram speed test i ran i got 10 MB

Anything should handle that with ease unless there is a bad configuration issue such as one of the NICs set to the wrong speed/duplex.
How is pfSense connected here? What is it running on?
You will need to connect directly to the PPPoE with a client to test the speed without pfSense in-line.

WAN PPPoE default MTU
Lan port got to router in AP mode default MTU
PFsense NAT Reflection mode for port forwards setting is pure nat
Installed Packages Squild
UPnP & NAT-PMP Enable UPnP & NAT-PMP -
But what hardware is pfSense running on? What CPU? How much RAM etc....
-
processor Core i3-4150 CPU @ 3.50GHz
4 CPUs:
4gb ddr3 ram -
Ok, well with that hardware I doubt you'd even notice the CPU usage at 10Mbps.
You need to test a direct connection first to see if you are actually losing anything.
