    Pfsense not detecting gigabit ethernet card

      Hi
        I am trying to  install pfsense in DG31 intel motherboard with  PCI based intel gigabit ethernet card (intel FW82546GB).while installing pfsense it is only detecting on board ethernet only.
      Not detecting the gigbit ethernet card.If any faced this type of problem.

          I installed latest version of pfsense but no use.Not detecting the PCI based gigabit ethernet.Is there any drivers required  for pci based gagabit ethernet.If required can you please guide.

              Thank for your response.Actually i have two ethernet cards. one is on board and second once pci based gigabit ethernet card it's having two gigabit ports.I am unable to install  pfsense because it should be two ethernets.
              But pfsense detecting only one (on board one) not detecting other one (gagabit ethernet).it was not going further steps.I have gagabit ethernet drivers.how can i install that drivers in pfsense.

                Slap in a FreeBSD 7.1 live CD and see if it detects the card (and if so as what).

                  I had problems with my USP keyboard and some of my network cards. I´ve tried every solution that the forum could provide and then i accidentally found the 1.2.3 version.

                  This solved all my problems! The even the USB keyboard is working without any workarounds.
