I have been using pfsense for past few days. It was all working fine until I get these on my pfsense machine. I have attached the screen display error. I am assuming it is an issue with my hard drive. Now that the error has occurred, I had to hard reboot the machine as my devices had no internet connection. After reboot, my machine can't detect any operating system to boot with.

Do I need to change my hard drive or few tweaks does the job ? Need some help before I get a new hard drive. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for the reply. Apologies, am a newbie with pfsense and you basically need to spoon feed me here. So, do I disable DMA to solve my issue ?

Looks like the drive is dying to me. I wouldn't trust it. Get a backup, replace the drive, reinstall, restore.
