How do you contact Netgate support ?
When you have a unit under warranty and the unit has a problem, how do you contact support? I've looked for over an hour and I haven't found a way.
You can log in into the Support Portal but you have to have an account, but there's no way to create an account. So what gives?

You can create an account, scroll down a bit and it's on the right hand side.
