      Hi,

Just an issue i found with you have a HA setup and try to set the DHCP failover, I got the recover message.

Turns out the DHCP scope was too large, i had it set to a /10 as soon as i changed the scope to something a little smaller, issue resolved.

Just wanted to post it here, encase someone has the same issue, .......or I forget what i did and need a reminder.

ISC DHCPd allocates memory for the entire scope in IPv4. A /10 is pretty much ridiculous.

@Derelict not to mention it would take a over 10 seconds to get a dhcp address, as soon as it was changed to something smaller everything works as expected,

Right. A /10 scope (4 million addresses) is pretty much ridiculous.
