      Hello all!
I have a transparent proxy running on my network with Pfsense.
I need to set up a default web page for the information of the users. Is it possible to set up a web page which the users will open once every time by default whenever they open their browser regardless of their default home page.
      Thanks

No. Squid will not do this. The closest thing to what you want might be Captive Portal, which presents a landing page for the users where they either have to enter a user:pass, or just click-through.
