It seems pretty straight forward, but I cant get it working.
Need 3 ports inbound to be sent to a computer that is running my security cameras. It was working with my old firewall, so I must be doing something wrong with pfsense.
Does this look OK? (yes, 554 is sent to 8554)

Dest. Address should be WAN Address, not LAN address.

        https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/nat/forwarding-ports-with-pfsense.html

Destination: Specifies the original destination IP address of the traffic, as seen before being translated, and will usually be WAN address.

Don't laugh, but I forgot to turn the WiFi off on my phone so I was still inside.
