Logged into Console, cant get many of the options going due to fatal error and multiple Warnings on PHP startup. I have a good backup. Is there a way to restore factory defaults, via shell? Thanks in advance.

You can probably do it from single user mode or if you can still get to the command line from menu option 8. You would need to copy the known good config over /conf/config.xml.

But that won't correct whatever php errors you;re seeing there that are likely from a lib mismatch or damaged files.
The fastest way to get back up and running is almost certainly to re-install and restore you good config.

@stephenw10 thanks. Thankfully I had a good recent backup. Reinstalled pfsense via image provided by Netgate, restored backup back in business. Thank you
