VLAN to LAN

How do I access a PC connected to a LAN port from a PC?
PING VLAN (192.168.3.11) >> LAN (192.168.2.12

The default lan rules are any any so you would need no special rules to allow lan ---> to vlan

Vlans have no firewall rules on them, so you would need to create firewall rules on your vlan to allow what access you want to vlan.

Also keep in mind that out of the box windows firewall will block access from other networks - so you would need to adjust any host firewalls to allow the access you want.

thanks I was able to access, but the rule to block now I am creating the rule does not work.
