      hi all,
yesterday evening I tried to install on my iphone 8 plus an IPSec VPN IKE2, reading the lasted pfsense book I noticed that for ios and osx devices we must use 3DES algorith so why in the mid 2019 we must still use 3DES ? is it a pfsense or apple "problem" ? can i use AES ?
      thanks to all

        Hey
        You can use AES
Here is an example of my settings for connecting to PFSense via IKEv2 (Apple configurator 2)
        Phase 1

Apple Configurator can be downloaded from the Mac App store

@Konstanti thanks for the link, I must study.

I'm sad to see that the pfsenes book isn't up to date, we can not see 3DES in 2019
and the VPN setup is quite tricly
