I have a VPN set up and working. Everything is working great except certain apps (Pokemon Go and Grindr specifically for now) will not allow connection over the VPN. I've done some TCP dumps and tried looking for a guide on how to isolate this traffic so that I can create a rule to not send it over the VPN but I am not having much luck.

Could someone please tell me what host/networks/ports I would need for this traffic and/or help me figure it out through TCP dumps? Thanks in advance.

PS: I feel like there would be a community database somewhere where people would have this information listed. Does anyone know of a database like that?
