Is there a way to add a rule using IP Protocol. I need to add IP Protocol 50 for one of our outgoing applications and I only see TCP and UDP options.

IP protocol 50 is ESP.
(which is in the list of selectable protocols)

You can select ESP on NAT and Rules.
